This is a part of the Yoga Nidra and the science of healing stress series. We meet every other Thursday.
From 6:00pm to 7:00pm we will have a class and group discussion about mindfulness and healing from stress. This is an excellent opportunity for discovering, nurturing, and deepening your mindfulness practice. Whether your interest is in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, or simply stress reduction, this gathering is for you! All levels of experience are encouraged to join.
Then, from 8:00pm to 9:00pm, we will experience the restorative power of yoga nidra meditation. This guided meditation is designed to help your mind more easily access deeper, healing meditative states. It's great for all levels of experience, beginners and advanced practitioners alike. We will begin with a brief, relaxing, and easy yoga session and then you will be guided through a healing and restorative yoga nidra.
We'll be doing this every other Thurday, so stay stuned!
